Mitchell, administrators of the estate of Maurice Mitchell, for the deceased respondent Maurice Mitchell, and to amend the caption to reflect the substitution.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Monique G. Mitchell and Maurice H. Mitchell, administrators of the estate of Maurice Mitchell, are substituted for the deceased respondent Maurice Mitchell, and the caption has been amended accordingly.
