| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 11, 2022. Motion by the appellants to quash the subject subpoenas duces tecum or, in the alternative, to stay enforcement of the subject subpoenas duces tecum, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to quash the subject subpoenas duces tecum is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the subject subpoenas duces tecum pending hearing and determination of the appeal is granted and the enforcement of the subject subpoenas duces tecum is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
