Appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Queens County, one dated December 23, 2021, and two dated March 1, 2022. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order of protection dated March 1, 2022, pending hearing and determination of the appeals and for assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order of protection dated March 1, 2022, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for assignment of counsel is denied as unnecessary, as the appellant was granted this relief in an order on certification of this Court dated April 4, 2022.
