It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to dismiss the appeal as moot is denied without prejudice and leave to renew any arguments in support of or in opposition to the motion at oral argument and in the briefs that remain outstanding, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent it seeks an extension of time to file and serve the responding brief in accordance with this Court's rules to June 24, 2022.
