Appeal by Justyna Valva from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 7, 2019. By decision and order of this Court dated March 25, 2022, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was extended until May 24, 2022. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
