Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered August 10, 2017. Motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief.

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before August 22, 2022; and it is further,
