| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered October 23, 2020. Motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeal, inter alia, for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 8, 2021, which directed the appellant to serve and file a replacement record that contains all of the papers filed in connection with the motions that are the subject of the appeal on or before a date certain. Cross motion by the appellant to extend the time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 8, 2021.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further
ORDERED that the cross motion is granted, and on or before August 22, 2022, the appellant shall serve and file a replacement record that contains all of the papers filed in connection with the motions that are the subject of the appeal.
