Motion by respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the City Court of White Plains, Westchester County, entered September 26, 2019 and to vacate a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated February 7, 2020.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeal is dismissed and the stay is vacated.
