Motion by appellant for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, dated October 29, 2019, which was determined in a decision and order of this court dated December 16, 2021, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from this court's decision and order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

It is noted that appellant's appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, First District (William Hohauser, J.), dated November 20, 2020 (appeal No. 2020-985 N C) was dismissed by decision and order of this court dated June 14, 2021.
