The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Meagan Arteca, Appellant.

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered November 30, 2021, to continue a stay which was granted by the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, on December 1, 2021.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the stay is continued pending a decision and order on appeal; and it is further

ORDERED that the appellant shall serve a copy of this decision and order on motion upon the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles.
