| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Brian Jeremy Farrar for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Farrar was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 13, 2010. By decision and order dated May 8, 2017, Mr. Farrar's application for voluntary resignation was accepted and his name was removed from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, without prejudice to an application for reinstatement.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that on or before August 26, 2022, Brian Jeremy Farrar file with the Clerk of the Court proof of payment of registration fee arrears incurred prior to his resignation as well as payment for the current registration period; and it is further,
ORDERED that upon filing proof of payment, as directed above, the Clerk of the Court shall restore the name of Brian Jeremy Farrar to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, and Brian Jeremy Farrar shall be reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law.
