| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 7, 2022. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the enforcement of so much of the order as, in effect, permits the respondent Maureen Q. two-hour unsupervised "sandwich" visits with the subject child Chase P. more than two times per week and as, in effect, permits the respondent Antoine Q. to be present during these "sandwich" visits is stayed, and the respondent Maureen Q. is permitted to have two two-hour unsupervised "sandwich" visits with the subject child Chase P. per week and the respondent Antoine Q. may not be present during these "sandwich" visits, pending hearing and determination of the appeal or further order of the Family Court, Kings County, whichever occurs first, and the motion is otherwise denied.
