Krystal Laccesaglia, Appellant, v Comfort Dental at Rocky Point, PLLC, Respondent.

Motion by appellant for extension of time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Suffolk County, Sixth District, entered September 3, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before August 5, 2022; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by August 5, 2022, the court, on its own motion, dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeal, and may serve such application upon appellant in person.

The court will not entertain any further requests by appellant for an extension.
