Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered May 15, 2020, an order of the same court dated September 28, 2021, and a judgment of the same court dated October 6, 2021. Motion by the respondent to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 16, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before August 10, 2022, the respondent shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, a digital replacement copy of its brief which contains Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2021-07788 and 2021-07789 in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-07613.
