Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered March 10, 2020, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the respondent for leave to reargue its prior motion to dismiss the appeal as untimely taken, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 1, 2021.
