| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from an amended order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 9, 2021, and from an order of the same court dated February 28, 2022. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals have been consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals is denied.
