Appeal from a decision and order (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 27, 2018, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated April 6, 2022. Motion by the respondent to vacate so much of the decision and order of this Court as awarded costs to the appellant, to stay the entry of any judgment for costs or the execution of any judgment for costs, and to seal a certain document.

ORDERED that the motion is denied, without prejudice to seeking any appropriate relief in the Supreme Court, Rockland County.
