Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 21, 2021. Motion by the appellants to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject property, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, or in the alternative, for leave to record a notice of pendency against the subject property or to require the referee to notify potential purchasers of the pendency of this appeal, and to direct the respondent to post a bond.
