Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 4, 2021, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 25, 2022. Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his opposition to the prior motion by the respondent JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., the separate prior motion by respondents U.S. Bank National Association, etc., Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., Geraldine A. Cheverko, and Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC, and the separate prior motion by respondents Sarah K. Hyman and Gross Polowy, LLC, to dismiss the appeal from the order, which were determined by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 25, 2022, or in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 25, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
