DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated January 13, 2022. Motion by the respondents pro se for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
