It is Ordered that the motion of the respondents-appellants is granted on condition that the respondents-appellants: (1) continue to pay pendente lite rent in the amount of $16,894.21 per month pursuant to the January 31, 2022, Decision & Order (Nock, J.) under Index Number 653321/20; and (2) perfect their appeal by no later than the November 2022 term the filing deadline for which is September 13, 2022.
In the event the respondents-appellants fail to comply with the foregoing conditions, petitioner-
respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order vacating the stay.
