Respondent having moved to supplement the answer to include exhibits from the hearing held on December 7, 2017, in this CPLR Article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, entered October 26, 2020,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that the supplement to the answer is filed and served on or before July 8, 2022, and
It is further ORDERED that petitioner shall be permitted to file and serve an amended brief in accordance with the Court's rules on or before August 8, 2022, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent shall file and serve a brief in accordance with the Court's rules on or before September 13, 2022.
