It is hereby ORDERED that Kathryn B. Friedman, Esq., 465 Grant Street, PO Box 200, Buffalo, New York 14213-6599, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered January 25, 2022, in place and stead of the Monroe County Public Defender, and
It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Kathryn B. Friedman, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
