| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 4, 2019. Motion by Ruth Banschick, as administrator of the estate of Stuart Banschick, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Stuart Banschick, to amend the caption accordingly, and to lift the stay that arose upon the death of the deceased appellant Stuart Banschick.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Ruth Banschick, as the administrator of the estate of Stuart Banschick is substituted for the deceased appellant Stuart Banschick, the caption is amended accordingly, and the stay which arose upon the death of the deceased appellant, Stuart Banschick, is vacated.
