Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated August 15, 2019, and January 3, 2020, respectively. Motion by Chris Agoliati for leave to reargue his prior motion for an "extension of time to perfect" and to "vacate dismissal (if any) and reinstate" his purported appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-11858, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 5, 2021. Separate motion by Chris Agoliati to extend the time to perfect the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-02657 and to consolidate the appeals. Motion by Louis A. Piccone pursuant to CPLR 1012(a)(3) and 1013 for leave to intervene as a respondent in the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
