Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated January 8, 2021, and August 31, 2021, respectively. Motion by the appellants to stay all proceedings in a proceeding entitled Matter of Board of Managers of Van Wyck Glen Condominium v Van Wyck at Merritt Park Homeowners Association, Inc., pending in the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, under Index No. 51649/2022, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay all proceedings in the proceeding entitled Matter of Board of Managers of Van Wyck Glen Condominium v Van Wyck at Merritt Park Homeowners Association, Inc., pending in the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, under Index No. 51649/2022, pending hearing and determination of the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals is granted and the appeals will be calendared expeditiously.
