DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Brice O'Keeffe from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated March 22, 2022. The appellant was granted leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person on June 3, 2022, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel for the appellant on the appeal:
