Appeal by Ahtwana M. Smith from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated January 19, 2022. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Gail Berkowitz, dated July 27, 2022, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Maurice M. Dixon is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

(1) the respondent Maurice M. Dixon is interested in responding to the appeal, or

(2) the respondent Maurice M. Dixon is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent Maurice M. Dixon, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
