DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Lenore Cheeseman from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated December 10, 2021. Pursuant to a scheduling order of this Court dated February 4, 2022, the appellant was required to perfect the appeal on or before May 13, 2022. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
