Appeals from four orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, one dated July 13, 2021, two dated July 14, 2021, and one dated July 29, 2021. Motion by the petitioner-respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Separate motion by the attorney for the children Robin E., Faith E., Hope E., Robert J. E., and Aiden E. to extend the time to serve and file a brief and to dismiss the appeals concerning the children Robin E., Hope E., and Robert J. E., on the ground that the appeals have been rendered academic as to those children.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the petitioner-respondent and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the attorney for the children and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by the petitioner-respondent and the branch of the motion by the attorney for the children which is to extend the time to serve and file a brief are granted, and on or before September 2, 2022, the movants shall serve and file their respective briefs via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve their respective briefs and upload digital copies of the briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeals concerning the children Robin E., Hope E., and Robert J. E. is denied.
