| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Patricia Scanlon from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated December 28, 2021. Pursuant to a scheduling order of this Court dated January 28, 2022, the appellant was required to perfect the appeal on or before June 6, 2022. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
