Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated December 23, 2019. Motion by the appellant for this Court to take judicial notice of certain information.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and this Court shall take judicial notice of the decision of the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision Board of Parole, which was annexed as Exhibit 3 to the appellant's motion papers, and of the fact that the respondent has been released to parole supervision.
