Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 11, 2020. Application by the appellants to substitute Robert F. Hennings, Jr., as executor of the estate of Geraldine Hennings, for the deceased respondent Geraldine Hennings, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Robert F. Hennings, Jr., as executor of the estate of Geraldine Hennings, is substituted for the deceased respondent, Geraldine Hennings, and the caption is amended accordingly.
