Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 4, 2021, March 29, 2021, and October 6, 2021, respectively. Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on the appeal from the order dated October 6, 2021, to include certain documents. Separate motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to enlarge the record on the appeal from the order dated October 6, 2021, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to extend the time to perfect the appeals and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the record on the appeal from the order dated October 6, 2021, is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to extend the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is extended, and on or before September 6, 2022, the appellant shall serve and file the record or appendix and the appellant's brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the record or appendix and the appellant's brief and upload digital copies of the record or appendix and the appellant's brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
