DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION nt.

Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 and Labor Law § 220 to review a determination of the State of New York Department of Labor dated March 29, 2021. Motion by Karilyn M. Ward to admit Charles Shaw pro hac vice to represent the petitioners in the proceeding.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon proper papers, including an affidavit of Charles Shaw stating that he is a member in good standing in all jurisdictions in which he is admitted to practice and that he is associated with a member in good standing of the New York bar, which member shall be the attorney of record in the matter, and a certificate of good standing from the court or other body responsible for regulating admission to the practice of law in the state in which Charles Shaw maintains his principal office for the practice of law (see 22 NYCRR 1250.4[e]).
