Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 1, 2019. By order to show cause dated December 10, 2021, the appellant Steven Paredes was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal insofar as taken by him on the ground that he is not aggrieved by the order.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal insofar as taken by the appellant Steven Paredes is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
