In the Matter of Alphonso Gourdine, appellant,

v Janeira D. Taylor, respondent.

(Docket No. F-2179-2021)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a purported judgment of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated January 10, 2022. By order to show cause dated March 18, 2021, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no judgment of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated January 10, 2022, was issued in the above-entitled matter.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.

BRATHWAITE NELSON, J.P., ZAYAS, DOWLING and WARHIT, JJ., concur.
