Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated December 8, 2021, and March 31, 2022, respectively. Motion by Edgewater Owner, LLC, and SI Funding, LLC, to modify a preliminary injunction contained in the order dated December 8, 2021, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from that order, for an expedited briefing schedule, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal from that order. Separate motion by Edgewater Ventures, LLC, to stay enforcement of the order dated March 31, 2022, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from that order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
