Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 21, 2022. Motion by the appellant to vacate the foreclosure sale and stay transfer of title of the subject premises, the execution and recording of the deed and post-sale documents, and the eviction of the appellant from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
