Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 20, 2021. Application by Theone Kanes and Patricia Kanes, as executors of the estate of Maria Kanes, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Maria Kanes, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Theone Kanes and Patricia Kanes, as executors of the estate of Maria Kanes, are substituted for the deceased appellant Maria Kanes, and the caption is amended accordingly.
