Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated June 16, 2022. Motion by the appellant to vacate the order and to transfer venue of the above-entitled proceeding to the Family Court, Oneida County.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to vacate the order is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to transfer venue to the Family Court, Oneida County is denied without prejudice to seeking any appropriate relief in the Family Court, Nassau County.
