2022-06057, 2022-06058, 2022-06059 In the Matter of Kingston V. R. (Anonymous). Rising Ground, petitioner-respondent; Victor R. (Anonymous), respondent-appellant, et al., respondent. (Docket No. B-1593-2022)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by Victor R. from a decision of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 27, 2022, and two orders of the same court dated June 27, 2022, and July 20, 2022, respectively.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal from the decision dated June 27, 2022, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509); and it is further
ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated June 27, 2022, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeals lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Social Services Law § 384-b (see Family Ct Act § 1112; Matter of Sheldon D. G., 6 AD3d 613; see also Matter of Alyssa L. [Deborah K.], 93 AD3d 1083, 1084-1085), and leave to appeal has not been granted.
