Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated June 13, 2022. Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of the judgment and to enjoin the respondents from performing demolition and construction work at the subject premises pursuant to the subject project, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
