Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 26, 2017. Motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeal as untimely taken. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 25, 2019, the motion was held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof. The appellants have not perfected the appeal, and the appeal has been deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a).
