Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered September 24, 2020. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the appellants have waived their right to appeal from the order. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 11, 2021, the motion was held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof. The appellants have not perfected the appeal, and the appeal has been deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
