Motion by respondent to dismiss the appeal from an order of the District Court of Suffolk County, Third District, dated May 1, 2019. Application by respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a respondent's brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the application are consolidated for the purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that respondent's application to enlarge the time to serve and file a respondent's brief is granted and respondent shall serve and file said brief within 21 days from the date of this order; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellants, if they be so advised, may serve and file any reply brief within 14 days of the date that respondent's brief is due to be filed pursuant to this decision and order.
