DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2022-555 N CR
The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Myfour Realty, LLC and Roy Tuccillo, Appellants.

Cross appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Laurel Hollow, Nassau County, rendered June 9, 2022. The notice of cross appeal was filed on July 20, 2022.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the cross appeal is dismissed.

No appeal as of right lies from a verdict rendered after trial in a criminal proceeding absent specific statutory authorization (see CPL 450.15; 450.20) and the cross appeal is untimely (see CPL 460.10 [1] [a]).
