Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 3, 2021. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to deem the notice of appeal to reflect that the plaintiff "Accident Fund Insurance Company of America and Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's a/s/o 18 Coyle Place, LLC, and 637-43 Van Cortlandt Park Avenue, LLC" is the appealing party.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the notice of appeal is deemed to reflect that the plaintiff "Accident Fund Insurance Company of America and Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's a/s/o 18 Coyle Place, LLC, and 637-43 Van Cortlandt Park Avenue, LLC" is the appealing party (see CPLR 2001), and the caption is amended accordingly.
