DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 18, 2018, and January 18, 2019, respectively, which were determined by opinion and order of this Court dated December 22, 2021. Motion by the appellants for leave to reargue the appeals, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the opinion and order of this Court. Separate motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of the opinion and order of this Court, pending determination of their motion for leave to reargue the appeals, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the opinion and order of this Court.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for leave to reargue the appeals, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the opinion and order of this Court is denied, with $100 costs; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to stay enforcement of the opinion and order this Court, pending determination of the motion for leave to reargue the appeals, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the opinion and order of this Court is denied as academic.
