Landlord appeals from so much of an order as, upon landlord's motion to reconstruct the record for an appeal from an order dated December 8, 2020, excluded certain documents from the reconstructed record. As the appeal from the December 8, 2020 order, appeal No. 2020-41 K C, has been dismissed, this appeal has been rendered moot.
